We are looking for an experienced IT Support Expert with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Server, Networking, and Enterprise IT Infrastructure .

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing the organization's Microsoft 365 environment, Microsoft Intune, endpoint security policies, Windows infrastructure, networking, and Microsoft 365 migration projects. The candidate should possess excellent troubleshooting skills and be able to support enterprise users while maintaining a secure and reliable IT environment.

Key Responsibilities ?️ IT Support

- Provide L2/L3 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, VPN, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and enterprise applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including user provisioning, device setup, and access management.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Resolve incidents within SLA timelines using the ticketing system.

☁️ Microsoft Intune Administration
- Independently manage the Microsoft Intune environment.
- Create, manage, and troubleshoot all Intune policies, including:
- Device Configuration Policies
- Compliance Policies
- Endpoint Security Policies
- Security Baselines
- Windows Update Rings
- Feature Update Policies
- BitLocker Policies
- Attack Surface Reduction (ASR) Policies
- Configure and manage Windows Autopilot.
- Deploy and manage Win32 applications, Microsoft 365 Apps, LOB applications, and PowerShell scripts.
- Manage Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices.
- Configure Conditional Access integration with Microsoft Entra ID.
- Monitor device compliance and remediate non-compliant devices.
- Troubleshoot enrollment, policy deployment, synchronization, and application deployment issues.
- Manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint integration.
- Generate endpoint compliance and deployment reports.

? Microsoft 365 Administration
- Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
- Manage users, licenses, Microsoft 365 Groups, shared mailboxes, and distribution lists.
- Configure mail flow, anti-spam, anti-phishing, Microsoft Defender, and email security policies.
- Monitor Microsoft 365 Service Health and resolve service issues.





? Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID
- Administer Active Directory (AD DS), Organizational Units (OU), users, groups, and Group Policies (GPO).
- Manage DNS, DHCP, delegated permissions, password policies, and security groups.
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID users, groups, roles, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, and Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR).
- Configure and maintain Azure AD Connect for hybrid identity synchronization.

?️ Microsoft Purview
- Implement and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
- Configure Retention Policies and Sensitivity Labels.
- Support eDiscovery, compliance, governance, and information protection.

? Microsoft 365 Migration
- Perform Microsoft 365 Tenant-to-Tenant migrations.
- Execute Google Workspace (G Suite) to Microsoft 365 migrations.
- Migrate Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and user identities.

?️ Windows Server Administration
- Administer Windows Server environments.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, and Print Server.
- Monitor server health, backups, updates, and patch management.
- Troubleshoot server and infrastructure-related issues.
- Maintain server security and performance.

? Networking
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN environments.
- Manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and wireless networks.
- Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, switching, and internet connectivity.
- Maintain network security and infrastructure availability.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Microsoft certifications are preferred, such as:
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert
- Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Security Administrator
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification is an added advantage.
- Candidates with strong hands-on experience will be preferred over certifications.

Experience
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Intune, Windows Server Administration, and Enterprise IT Infrastructure.
- Solid hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, and Windows Server environments.
- Proven experience managing enterprise Intune policies, endpoint security, application deployment, and device lifecycle management.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Tenant-to-Tenant and Google Workspace (G Suite) to Microsoft 365 migration projects.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage enterprise IT infrastructure and networking environments.
