Leonstride Technologies is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a proven background in IT Staff Augmentation, Contract Staffing, and Resource Augmentation. The ideal candidate should have experience in acquiring new clients, generating staffing requirements, and closing staffing opportunities in India, US, UK, or Global markets.

Key Responsibilities

· Acquire current clients for IT Staff Augmentation & Contract Staffing.

· Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

· Connect with Hiring Managers, Procurement, HR Heads, CTOs, and Delivery Managers.

· Generate staffing requirements and coordinate with recruiters for closures.

· Build long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets.

· Negotiate commercials and close staffing contracts.

Mandatory Experience

· 3–8 years in IT Staff Augmentation / IT Staffing Business Development.

· Experience in Contract Staffing, Resource Augmentation, or ODC Sales.

· Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP,



or VMS is preferred.

· Strong B2B client acquisition and lead generation experience.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
