Role Description The IT Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for driving sales of TCB Infotech’s ERP and AI solutions. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product presentations and demos, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their technology needs, and proposing tailored solutions that align with their business goals.





The IT Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. Ongoing responsibilities also include preparing sales reports, contributing to sales strategies, and staying updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in IT Sales and a strong understanding of Information Technology solutions and services.

Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and pipeline management.

Candidates should possess skills in Account Management, with experience in nurturing client relationships and driving repeat business.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.

Relevant experience in selling ERP, AI, or other enterprise software solutions is highly beneficial.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams, handle multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet sales targets.

Comfort with CRM tools and basic sales reporting; familiarity with Odoo or ERPNext is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in technology sales.
