Why We're Hiring

Securify is hiring an IT & Security Operations Analyst to support the IT operations and security posture of multiple Securify clients as part of the core delivery team — not a single dedicated account. This person will juggle several client environments in parallel, applying the same rigor

(device lifecycle, identity and access management, endpoint security, automation, and audit-readiness) across each one, while Securify's account and engagement leads manage the client relationship and prioritization.

This is a client-facing, revenue-attached role spanning the Securify portfolio: strong organizational skills, context-switching ability, and consistent documentation practices are as important as the technical skillset, since this person will be operating inside several different client environments and toolsets at once.

About the role

Securify is hiring an IT & Security Operations Analyst to support IT operations and security posture management across a portfolio of Securify clients. You'll be a go-to resource for day-to-day IT operations and security controls — device lifecycle, identity and access management, endpoint security, automation, and audit-readiness — applied consistently across every client environment you're assigned to. You'll work alongside other Securify analysts and specialists, with the backing of Securify's full security practice for anything beyond your day-to-day remit.

This is not a generalist helpdesk role. You'll own real security controls across multiple environments, build automation that reduces manual toil at scale, and represent Securify directly to client leadership, employees, and auditors across several accounts.

What you'll do

Identity & access management

- Provision identity, SSO, email, and group/role memberships on a least-privilege basis across multiple client directories, ensuring new hires are fully equipped on day one for each account.
- Execute time-critical offboarding across client environments: disable identity, revoke SSO and app access, reclaim devices, and confirm access removal within SLA.




- Process access changes and one-off requests per client, each logged with approval and business justification.

Endpoint security & device management

- Administer MDM policies, configuration profiles, compliance baselines, and patch/OS-update enforcement across each client's fleet.
- Enforce and monitor endpoint hardening: full-disk encryption, screen-lock, firewall, and endpoint protection, tailored to each client's policy.
- Track device posture against policy per client and remediate drift.

Security engineering & automation
- Turn manual, error-prone tasks into automated, auditable workflows that can be reused or adapted across multiple client environments.
- Automate onboarding/offboarding, access reviews, evidence collection, and inventory reconciliation to reduce toil across the portfolio, not just one account.

Compliance, audit & governance

- Own and maintain the IT/access controls underpinning each client's certifications,

keeping evidence audit-ready year-round across accounts.
- Run periodic access reviews and certifications per client, and document results.
- Act as a client-facing point of contact during audits for the accounts you support, working with Securify's GRC team to answer auditors and supply evidence.
- Support frameworks including SOC 2 (Type 2), ISO 27001, and GDPR, as applicable to each client.

IT support & documentation

- Be a responsive point of contact for IT support requests across your assigned clients —

accounts, devices, access, software, and connectivity.
- Provision and reclaim SaaS licenses across multiple client environments.
- Maintain runbooks, onboarding guides, and a knowledge base per client so processes are repeatable and not person-dependent, and can be picked up by another analyst if workload needs to shift.

What we're looking for

Must-have





- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT operations, systems administration, or security operations — ideally supporting multiple environments or clients at once.
- Practical MDM administration experience; enrolment, configuration profiles, compliance baselines, and patch management.
- Strong grasp of identity and access management fundamentals: SSO/IdP administration,

least-privilege provisioning, structured offboarding.
- Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure), including

IAM, VPC/firewall basics, and instance administration.
- Comfortable scripting for automation (Python, PowerShell, or Bash).
- Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR.
- Excellent written communication and documentation habits — this is essential for keeping multiple client environments straight.
- Robust organizational skills and comfort context-switching between several client environments, tools, and priorities in the same day, while maintaining strict separation of client data and access.

Nice-to-have

- Prior experience at an MSSP, security-as-a-service firm, or IT operations team supporting multiple clients or business units simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 / Entra ID administration,

Exchange Online security, and SSL/TLS certificate management.
- Jira administration/workflow automation and Confluence-based documentation experience.
- Experience with security-awareness platforms (e.g., KnowBe4) and phishing-simulation programs.
- Prior audit-facing experience (SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001).
