Job Title: IT Software Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Software Sales Executive to generate leads, identify client requirements, and sell software solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and explain software features and benefits.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team for product implementation and client support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in IT Software Sales, SaaS Sales, B2B Sales, or Software Solution Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in selling ERP, CRM, HRMS, Accounting Software, Mobile Apps, or Custom Software Solutions.
- Knowledge of the software sales lifecycle and client acquisition process.
