We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to promote and sell consumer electronics products such as laptops, televisions, and related accessories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the right products to ensure a great buying experience. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with walk-in customers and understand their requirements for laptops, TVs, and other electronic products.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs, budget, and usage preferences.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly to customers.
- Demonstrate products (laptops, smart TVs, etc.)
to help customers make informed decisions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure proper display and merchandising of products in the showroom.
- Stay updated on current product launches, features, and competitor offerings.
- Coordinate with inventory and billing teams for smooth sales operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
