Role Overview:

We are looking for a strong IT Recruiter with experience in volume IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various IT positions, including Data Engineer, SAP, Cloud Infrastructure, Functional Consultant, and Architect roles. The role requires sourcing quality talent, coordinating with local and global hiring managers, maintaining a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring timely closures in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Responsibilities

- Source CVs from a variety of platforms, including job boards, recruitment agencies, direct applications, referrals, and social networks, to build a strong talent pool for open positions.
- Schedule interviews with both local and global hiring managers, ensuring clear and timely communication between candidates and managers regarding interview schedules and any changes.
- Coordinate with shortlisted candidates to gather required documents, manage offer preparation, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain and actively update a talent pipeline to ensure readiness for future hiring needs across all vacant roles.
- Compile and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant platforms, providing insights on progress and candidate status.

Specialized Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented multitasker, adept at managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure workplace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills,

- Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
