About the Role

We are looking for an experienced BSIF Recruiter with 4–5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BSIF/IT and business-critical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and role fit.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with internal teams.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Drive offer negotiation, offer rollout, and joining/closure activities.
- Track recruitment metrics such as sourcing, submissions, interviews, offers, and joining ratios.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain solid candidate relationships and talent pools.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Strong experience in candidate sourcing and screening.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good stakeholder and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment/ATS tools.

Preferred Skills
- Experience handling volume hiring as well as niche requirements.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders/hiring managers.
- Good understanding of market trends, candidate availability, and compensation benchmarks.
- Ability to work independently and manage recruitment targets.
