Company Home - thyssenkrupp Materials Services Your responsibilities we are looking for someone to be Project Management Office where project co-ordination is expected Establish and maintain IT project governance frameworks to ensure alignment with business objectives Define and implement project management standards best practices and methodologies Agile Waterfall Hybrid Oversee IT project portfolio management tracking project status risks and dependencies Ensure compliance with PMO policies audit requirements and regulatory guidelines Develop and maintain project dashboards KPIs and performance reports for senior management Track project budgets timelines resource allocations and risk management Facilitate regular project status meetings and reviews to ensure alignment with strategic goals Work closely with IT teams business stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless project execution Act as a bridge between executive leadership and project teams ensuring clear communication of priorities Manage project documentation approvals and sign-offs with all stakeholders Continuously refine PMO processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Evaluate and implement project management tools JIRA MS Project ServiceNow or similar Drive automation initiatives for reporting and workflow optimization Your profile 4 -6 years of experience in IT PMO project management or IT governance Robust understanding of IT project lifecycle Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies Hands-on experience with project management tools e g JIRA MS Project ServiceNow Smartsheet Strong analytical skills with expertise in reporting dashboards and data visualization Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills PMP PRINCE2 or ITIL certifications are a plus Experience in large-scale IT transformations cloud migrations or digital initiatives Background in budgeting financial tracking and vendor management Knowledge of IT service management ITSM cybersecurity and compliance frameworks Work Location - Thane Mumbai Your benefits Contact Vinit Poojary - tkmits-in-recruitment thyssenkrupp-materials com
