Title : IT/OT Asset Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Tambaram, Chennai Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days Work From Office + 2 Days Work From Home) Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST Experience Required: 5+ Years We are looking for an experienced IT/OT Asset Manager to manage and maintain the complete lifecycle of IT and OT assets across infrastructure and cybersecurity environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate asset inventory records, maintaining asset criticality and data classification, supporting CMDB processes, improving asset management practices, and ensuring compliance with ITSM and security standards.

Key Responsibilities - Manage and maintain IT/OT Asset Inventory systems by adding, updating, and removing asset records.

- Ensure asset information is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
- Maintain asset ownership, classification, criticality, and access information.
- Track and update OT asset criticality levels across industrial environments.
- Maintain records of assets handling confidential, sensitive,



or integrity-critical data.
- Coordinate with business teams and shopfloor SPOCs for asset verification.
- Support ITSM processes including CMDB updates, SLA tracking, and service management activities.
- Document backup and recovery processes related to asset management.
- Review and update access permissions for asset management systems.
- Improve asset lifecycle management processes through continuous improvement.
- Support problem management and compliance initiatives.
- Maintain >95% accuracy in asset identification, verification, and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management.

- 3–5 years of experience in IT/OT Security or Asset Management.
- Strong understanding of:
- Network, Server, and Client Infrastructure
- IT Security fundamentals
- OT Security concepts (ICS/SCADA awareness)
- IT/OT Asset Lifecycle Management
- CMDB and IT Service Management processes
- SLA-driven operations Mandatory Technical Skills - ServiceNow (CMDB, Ticketing, SLA Tracking)
- Ondeso or equivalent IT/OT Asset Inventory Management tools Good to Have Skills - SentinelOne (Endpoint Security / Asset Classification)
- Ivanti (Patch Management / Software Distribution)
- Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM and Asset Correlation)
- OT Monitoring Platforms exposure
- ISO 27001 awareness
- ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity awareness Preferred Certifications - ITIL v4 Foundation
