Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Outbound Sales role based in the Mohali district. The role involves identifying and contacting potential clients in the US and UK markets to promote IT products and services, primarily through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

The IT Outbound Sales professional will qualify leads, understand client requirements, and coordinate with internal technical teams to propose appropriate solutions. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on prospects, and achieving defined sales targets and performance metrics.



The role also requires staying updated on IT offerings, market trends, and competitor activity to effectively communicate value propositions and support long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Information Technology and Network Administration to understand and communicate technical solutions effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Network Security to discuss client pain points and basic technical requirements confidently.
- Candidates should possess robust Customer Service skills to manage client interactions, resolve queries, and build lasting relationships.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to interact with US and UK clients professionally.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or business development, preferably in IT or technology-related services.
- Comfort with CRM systems, MS Office tools, and online communication platforms (such as email, VoIP, and video conferencing).
- Ability to work in target-driven environments, with strong negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Relevant diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
