- Manage procurement processes from sourcing to contract negotiation and execution. Lead end-to-end procurement processes (RFP, RFQ, RFI) for enterprise hardware, software, network infrastructure, and IT services.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize costs and improve quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop procurement plans accordingly.
- Conduct market research, analyze data, and identify potential suppliers for various IT products and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards throughout the procurement process.
- Partner with Finance and IT leadership to manage the annual IT procurement budget (CAPEX and OPEX).
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-7 years of experience in IT Procurement or related field (Strategic Sourcing).
- Solid understanding of Procurement Management, Procurement Planning, Sourcing, Contract Negotiations, and SOW management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
