Job Summary

Imperative Business Ventures Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Manager - IT to lead our technology initiatives, product engineering, and digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will drive the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable web, mobile, SaaS, and enterprise applications while leading cross-functional engineering teams. This is a leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on delivery experience. Lead end-to-end software product development from concept to production. Define application architecture, technology stack, coding standards, and engineering best practices. Manage and mentor Backend, Frontend, Mobile, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams.

Prepare Product Requirement

Documents (PRDs), technical specifications, solution architecture, project roadmaps, and release plans. Design and develop scalable SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, APIs, dashboards, and mobile applications. Ensure high-quality software delivery through Agile methodologies, sprint planning, code reviews, and release management. Manage cloud infrastructure, Linux servers, deployment pipelines, CI/CD, monitoring, and production support. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Drive application security, performance optimization, scalability, and reliability. Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies. Conduct technical interviews, mentor engineering teams, and support performance management. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, AI development tools, and automation practices to improve engineering productivity.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in AI-enabled software development and developer productivity tools will be an added advantage.
