As IT Manager you will take full ownership of day to day IT operations, workplace infrastructure, procurement and helpdesk queue. You'll manage vendor contracts, ensure network uptime, drive ISO 27001/ RBI audit compliance and mentor junior IT Staff to maintain a secure environment.
How You'll make an Impact:
- OS and Hardware- Manage, configure and troubleshoot end-user hardware across macOS, Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Networking- Maintain and optimize office network infrastructure, including LAN, WI-FI, switches, routers, and ISP Connections
- Incident and Ticket Management- Own the helpdesk queue, driving end to end incident management and strict SLA Adherence for fast issue resolution
- Procurement and Compliance- Lead IT Asset purchasing,
inventory tracking, vendor SLA's and RBI/ISO audit support
- Leadership- Upskill junior IT support staff and automate manual operations
What makes you a excellent fit:
- Experience- 5 to 8 years in IT operations/ infrastructure managing hardware procurement and vendors
- Technical Rigor- Hands on experience with cross platform OS Management (macOS, Windows, Linux) and network setup ( LAN, WI-FI AP's, AV)
- Tools and Audits- Expertise in ticketing systems ( Jira, Fresh service), directory services (Google Workspace and Jump Cloud) and fintech compliance ( RBI/ ISO Standards)
