Role: IT Infrastructure & Security Manager Role Summary The IT Infrastructure & Security Manager will own the company's IT infrastructure, endpoint environment, identity platforms, network security, cloud services, cybersecurity controls, business continuity, and IT operations.

The role requires hands-on technical capability along with team and vendor management. The person will manage an environment of 1,000+ users across multiple offices and ensure infrastructure is secure, available, standardized, monitored, and properly documented.

Key Responsibilities Infrastructure & Network Management

- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, switching, routing, Internet connectivity and network segmentation.
- Manage enterprise firewalls, HA configuration, IPS, web filtering, application control, NAT and VPN.
- Manage Windows Server infrastructure, Hyper-V and related services.
- Manage Azure-hosted servers and cloud infrastructure.
- Maintain server, management, user, guest, CCTV and other network segments.
- Manage SSL VPN, site-to-site VPN and secure third-party access.




- Perform infrastructure capacity planning, upgrades and lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot complex network, server and connectivity issues.

Cybersecurity

- Manage endpoint security, EDR/XDR, firewall, proxy/SSE, ZTNA and other security controls.
- Manage platforms such as CrowdStrike, Trend Micro Vision One, Sophos, Microsoft Defender and Netskope or equivalent technologies.
- Implement web filtering, application control, DLP and secure Internet access.
- Control USB, Bluetooth, external storage, file uploads and other endpoint risks where required.
- Review security alerts, vulnerabilities, firewall events and endpoint incidents.
- Coordinate VAPT, remediation and security hardening.

Identity & Access Management

- Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration.
- Manage SSO and MFA across enterprise applications.
- Manage identity lifecycle including provisioning, deprovisioning and access reviews.

Endpoint & Device Management

- Manage Windows, macOS and mobile endpoints using MDM/UEM platforms.
- Manage Scalefusion, Jamf, BigFix, Intune or equivalent platforms.
- Implement device enrollment, compliance and configuration policies.
- Manage BitLocker and endpoint encryption.

Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace

- Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and licensing.
- Administer Google Workspace users, groups, organizational units and security policies.
- Manage Gmail security, SMTP relay, mail routing and authentication.
- Maintain SPF, DKIM, DMARC and related email security controls.
- Manage Google Drive sharing and external access controls.
- Manage API/service-account integrations and domain-wide delegation.
- Review licensing and remove unnecessary licenses and access.

Backup, DR & Business Continuity

- Manage enterprise backups using Veeam, Acronis, Azure Backup or equivalent platforms.
- Define and maintain backup retention and recovery requirements.
- Perform restoration tests.
- Maintain disaster recovery architecture and procedures.
- Conduct DR drills and document results.
- Support BCP planning and testing.
- Define and validate RPO and RTO requirements with business owners.
