The Team

Enterprise Technology and Performance is a Service Area comprising of Consulting professionals providing various service offerings on Finance, Supply Chain, SAP, Oracle and Project/Program Management.

Work youll do

We are seeking an experienced and result driven IT Infrastructure Project Manager at a Senior Consultant level with a strong background in managing Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, design, testing and execution projects. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams in delivering DR initiatives across complex IT environments, ensuring business continuity and compliance with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and disaster recovery projects, including DR strategy development, DR site setup, DR drills and audits.
- Work closely with IT operations, application teams, cybersecurity and business continuity teams to assess current state infrastructure and define recovery strategies, playbooks
- Define and manage project scope, goals, deliverables, risks, timelines and budgets
- Lead DR risk assessments,



business impact analysis and gap analysis
- Coordinate and manage DR testing and document results for compliance
- Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, risk logs and communication plans
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards
- Communicate with stakeholders and senior management on progress, risks and milestones

Key Skills required: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or related field

6+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure with strong knowledge on disaster recovery planning & implementation

Solid understanding of infrastructure technologies servers, storage, backup, virtualization, networking and cloud platforms

Proficiency in PM tools

Strong project management skills, communication, leadership and stakeholder management

Ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple geographies

Robust knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies (Agile, waterfall, Hybrid)

Excellent documentation and presentation skills

Preferred Skills:

BFSI industry exposure
