Technical Expertise

Lead complete IT & Operational Technology (IT/OT) strategy, planning, implementation, and operations for Greenfield manufacturing facilities.

Design, establish, and maintain enterprise-class IT infrastructure including Data Centres, Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Backup, Disaster Recovery, Cloud Infrastructure, and Business Continuity.

Build secure enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wireless Networks, VPN, Internet Connectivity, Firewalls, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Email Systems, and Network Monitoring solutions.

Develop secure and scalable OT infrastructure integrating PLC, SCADA, DCS, MES, Industrial IoT, Process Automation Systems, Industrial Networks, and Manufacturing Execution Systems.

Lead SAP ERP implementation, rollout, infrastructure planning, system integration, licensing, user management, and integration with MES, SCADA, WMS, Quality Management, Finance, and HR systems.

Ensure seamless integration between Enterprise IT systems and Manufacturing OT systems while maintaining network segregation and cybersecurity.

Implement Zero Trust Architecture, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Endpoint Security, SIEM, SOC monitoring, Network Access Control (NAC), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, data privacy regulations, and corporate information security policies.

Develop Cybersecurity Governance Framework including Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT), Patch Management, Risk Assessment, Incident Response, and Security Awareness Programs.

Manage enterprise databases, virtualization platforms, cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, and software lifecycle management.

Design and implement High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), Backup Strategy, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).

Establish 247 IT infrastructure monitoring, preventive maintenance,



incident management, service desk operations, and SLA management.

Lead digital transformation initiatives including AI, Analytics, IIoT, Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Automation, and Digital Factory solutions.

Prepare IT roadmap, annual budgets, CAPEX/OPEX planning, technology procurement strategy, and vendor management.

Lead IT audits, compliance reviews, software licensing management, asset management, and documentation.

Develop IT policies, SOPs, governance standards, and technology architecture aligned with business objectives.

Build and lead a high-performing IT team comprising Infrastructure Engineers, Network Engineers, System Administrators, SAP Support, Cybersecurity Specialists, and Helpdesk Engineers.

Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Automation, Quality, Finance, HR, Procurement, Projects, and external technology partners to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Expertise in Disaster Recovery Planning and Business Continuity Management.

Strong vendor management, contract negotiation, and technology procurement skills.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS Cloud platforms.

Experience in converged IT-OT network architecture.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in IT Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Cybersecurity, and OT Systems within Manufacturing Industries. Candidate must have successfully completed at least two Greenfield Manufacturing Plant IT infrastructure setup projects.
