- Storage, backup, DR, and high availability solutions

- Vulnerability management and remediation programs

Experience :

- 15 - 20 years in IT, infrastructure, and security roles
- 5 years in leadership or management positions
- Strong exposure to information security, audits, and compliance
- Experience operating in regulated or enterprise environments

Preferred Certifications (Optional) :

- PMP
- CEH / CISM / CISSP
- CISA / CCNA
- ITIL

Key Responsibilities :

1.

Infrastructure

Strategy &

- Leadership :
- Define and execute the IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans
- Lead infrastructure modernization, automation, and AI enabled transformation initiatives
- Advise senior leadership on technology risks, resilience, and investment decisions

2.

Infrastructure

Operations &

- Reliability :
- Own availability, performance, capacity, and reliability of :
- Data centers
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Servers, storage, virtualization, and HCI
- Network, WAN, Wi Fi, VPN, SASE
- End user computing (laptops, desktops, VDI)
- Ensure 24-7 service continuity with defined SLAs and KPIs
- Drive root cause analysis and permanent remediation for major incidents

3. Cloud &

- Platform Management :
- Manage hybrid and multi cloud environments
- Optimize cloud cost (FinOps), performance, availability, and security
- Standardize IaaS, PaaS,



backup, and resiliency architectures
- Drive cloud governance, tagging, capacity planning, and usage controls

Information

Security, Governance &

- Compliance :
- Own the Information Security Management System (ISMS), risk register, and security governance framework
- Define and execute Zero Trust, identity centric, and cloud security strategy
- Lead cyber incident response, breach management, forensic coordination, and regulatory reporting
- Drive vulnerability assessment, remediation, patch management, and threat intelligence programs
- Build a solid security awareness and compliance culture across the organization
- Ensure audit readiness and closure for ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, BCMS, and other applicable standards

Business

Continuity &

- Disaster Recovery :
- Define, maintain, and test the BCP and DR strategy, including :
- RTO/RPO alignment with business needs
- Backup, replication, and recovery architectures
- Periodic DR drills and resilience testing
- Ensure preparedness against outages, cyber incidents, and disasters

6. Vendor, Financial &

- License Management :
- Manage vendors, OEMs, MSPs, and cloud service providers
- Own infrastructure and security budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and enterprise license management
- Ensure value realization and vendor performance governance

7. People, Delivery &

- Operational Excellence :
- Lead and mentor infrastructure, network, cloud, security, and operations teams
- Establish SOPs, runbooks, and operational governance frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, tooling, and skill development
- Build high performance teams with a focus on accountability and outcomes
