Job Summary:

We are looking for a visionary and hands-on IT Head Development to lead our software development efforts across web, mobile, AI/ML, and automation platforms. This leadership role demands both strategic insight and deep technical acumen to drive digital product development, ensure code quality, manage cross-functional teams, and align technology with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Planning

- Define and implement the software architecture roadmap aligned with business goals
- Evaluate and integrate recent technologies and frameworks (e.g., AI, DevOps, cloud-native)
- Collaborate with directors and business heads on digital transformation initiatives

Team Leadership & Development

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of developers, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX designers
- Conduct regular code reviews, design reviews, and performance evaluations
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance

Project & Delivery Management

- Oversee end-to-end SDLC for multiple parallel projects
- Ensure timely delivery, agile execution, and adherence to quality and security standards
- Manage vendor coordination, project budgeting, and risk assessments

Technical Oversight





- Hands-on involvement in architecture design and complex problem-solving
- Ensure implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable code
- Own platform performance, uptime, and security posture

Required Skills & Experience: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science / IT or related field

10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a senior management role

Expertise in full-stack development (e.g., .NET, Python, Node.js, React, Angular)

Familiarity with DevOps, Microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

Strong understanding of software architecture, security, and performance engineering

Prior experience in building enterprise-grade applications, SaaS products, or automation platforms

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

- Experience in Industrial Automation, IoT, or AI/ML products
- PMP or Scrum Master Certification
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Exposure to managing distributed/global teams
