Job Summary

Bwareta Consultancy Service Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced IT Hardware Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, desktop support, networking, and IT infrastructure management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and business applications.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and network-related issues.
- Provide desktop and remote technical support to end users.
- Configure and troubleshoot Outlook, Microsoft Office 365, and email-related issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair, replacement, and warranty support.
- Ensure regular system backups, antivirus updates,



and basic IT security compliance.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Experience with Windows 10/11 installation and configuration.
- Good understanding of LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Remote Desktop, AnyDesk, or TeamViewer.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server.
- Experience with CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, and network printers will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are preferred.
