Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues efficiently.

- Install, configure, and maintain IP cameras and NVR surveillance systems.

- Perform basic network setup and troubleshooting, including LAN connectivity and IP configuration.

- Visit customer sites for installation, maintenance, and technical support.

- Respond to service calls and ensure timely issue resolution.

- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to provide effective technical support.

- Maintain service reports and documentation for field visits.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of computer hardware installation and troubleshooting.

- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches).

- Experience in IP camera and NVR installation and configuration.





- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Willingness to travel and perform field service activities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in IT Hardware, Desktop Support, or Field Service.

- Experience in CCTV surveillance systems will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
