Role Overview We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and analytical IT Executive to join our offshore operations team This role is not a traditional IT support position It is a business-critical operations role that focuses on system configuration reporting ERP support and data management to enable smooth day-to-day business functioning Key Responsibilities Prepare manage and distribute management reports using Power BI and Excel Maintain and update business web portals including item data pricing catalogues and user access Perform ERP-related activities such as bulk amendments order releases item creation and system error resolution Navision experience is a strong advantage Investigate and resolve operational tickets and system-related queries Coordinate with the UK stakeholders through meetings and calls Ensure accuracy compliance and documentation of all system changes Provide basic end-user system support and troubleshooting using fundamental networking knowledge Requirements Skills Experience Required Strong Power BI reporting and dashboard development skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Pivot tables VLOOKUP XLOOKUP formulas data analysis Experience working on ERP systems Navision experience preferred Basic networking knowledge and ability to troubleshoot end-user system issues Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Ability to participate in meetings and calls with UK stakeholders Benefits Working With International Clients Positive team and culture
