Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Executive role based in Lodhika. The IT Executive will oversee day-to-day IT operations, including monitoring system performance, managing user accounts, and ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware, software, and networks.

Responsibilities include providing technical support to internal teams, diagnosing and resolving IT issues, coordinating with external vendors when necessary, and maintaining documentation of IT assets and procedures. The role also involves implementing and supporting network administration activities,



data backup routines, basic cybersecurity practices, and contributing to continuous improvements in IT infrastructure to support manufacturing and office operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and user issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Network Administration and IT Operations skills to manage networks, servers, backups, and day-to-day IT processes.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Information Technology, including operating systems, standard business applications, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment and familiarity with ERP or production-related systems will be an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly with non-technical users, and maintain accurate IT documentation.
