Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV camera systems, DVR/NVR, and surveillance networks.

- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.

- Configure and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, switches, routers, and internet connectivity.

- Install and troubleshoot network printers, shared printers, and printer drivers.

- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, email, and operating system issues.

- Perform desktop management, including OS installation, software updates, antivirus installation, and system optimization.

- Manage user accounts, system access, and basic IT security.

- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.

- Maintain IT asset inventory, warranty records, and service logs.

- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, AMC, and procurement.

- Ensure regular data backup and basic disaster recovery practices.

- Provide IT support during office and production operations as required

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
