Dainik Bhaskar Group has a wide range of commercial & real estate holdings namely shopping malls (DB City Bhopal & DB Mall Gwalior), hotels namely Courtyard by Marriott (160 Rooms) at Bhopal & Park Inn by Radisson (40 Rooms). The real estate division is now constructing a landmark Grade A high-rise office building at Ahmedabad a 115-metre-tall commercial tower with 4 levels of basement and 21 upper floors, totalling approximately 9.5 lakh sq. ft. of built-up area, intended for premium corporate occupancy. Other projects are ongoing/ planned at Jaipur, Jodhpur, Chandigarh, Noida, and other cities.
Job Summary The Dainik Bhaskar Group seeks a skilled IT & ERP Executive with strong experience in Real Estate ERP systems to support project operations at our landmark 115-metre, 9.5 lakh sq. ft. Grade A commercial tower in Ahmedabad. The role demands effective system management, data accuracy, and cross-departmental coordination across all 4 basement levels and 21 upper floors of this large-scale greenfield project.
Key Responsibilities
1. ERP Management
Lead client-side collaboration with OEM vendors for In4Suite / In4Velocity and Farvision ERP — from procurement through go-live
Own end-to-end ERP modules critical to a large greenfield site:
– Purchase & Inventory — managing material flows across B4 basement to 21st floor
– Finance coordination — tracking costs across 9.5 lakh sq. ft.
of construction
– Vendor & Material Master — hundreds of vendors and material categories
– Engineering integration — linking site teams to data in real time
Ensure system configurations align with project phases, trade packages, and billing milestones
2. Data Management & Processing
- Create and maintain:
- Material Master
- Vendor Master
- Purchase Orders
- GRN entries
- Invoice verification records
- Ensure real-time data accuracy and system integrity.
- Monitor ERP transactions for errors or discrepancies.
3. System Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide first-level ERP support to site users.
- Resolve system issues or coordinate with ERP vendors.
- Assist in ERP implementation, upgrades, and testing.
- Train site teams on ERP usage and best practices.
4. Coordination
- Work closely with Store, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering teams.
- Ensure seamless flow of information across departments.
- Maintain proper digital documentation and backups.
Required Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in ERP/IT roles within Real Estate or Construction industry.
- Mandatory experience in either or both:
- Farvision ERP
- Robust understanding of construction project workflows.
