Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, internet, and system-related issues.
- Manage company emails, user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Monitor and maintain office networks, Wi-Fi, routers, and internet connectivity.
- Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and business applications.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure key company files are secure.
- Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical problems quickly.
- Maintain records of IT assets, software licences, and equipment repairs.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical repairs and IT purchases.
- Support website, application, server, or cloud-related tasks when required
