Job Summary The IT Executive is responsible for maintaining the hospital's IT infrastructure, Hospital Information System (HIS), network, hardware, software, and user support to ensure uninterrupted hospital operations and data security.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Manage and troubleshoot the Hospital Information System (HIS)/EMR and provide user support.
- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
- Provide technical support to all hospital departments and resolve IT issues promptly.
- Install, update, and maintain operating systems, software, and antivirus applications.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data security and confidentiality.
- Monitor server health and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and AMC services.
- Manage user accounts, email IDs, passwords, and access permissions.
- Maintain IT inventory, asset records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with software vendors for HIS updates, troubleshooting, and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital IT policies, cybersecurity practices, and data privacy requirements.
- Support NABH documentation related to IT systems and records.
- Provide on-call support during emergencies and system downtime.

Eligibility

- B.Tech/B.E. (Computer Science/IT), BCA, MCA,



Diploma in Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Windows Server, Windows OS, networking, and system administration.
- Experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS/EMR).
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases and database backup.
- Understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi management.
- Hardware and printer troubleshooting skills.
- Solid problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide support in rotational shifts when required.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in a NABH-accredited hospital.
- Familiarity with MedNet or other Hospital Information Systems.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, data backup, CCTV, biometric attendance systems, and IP telephony.
- Ability to coordinate with external vendors and manage IT-related projects.

Salary As per experience and hospital norms.
