Role Overview We are looking for a highly adaptable IT & Cybersecurity Support Engineer based in India.

This is a true hybrid role: you will be the first line of defense for our organization's cybersecurity infrastructure, while also serving as the go-to person for day-to-day technical assistance

.We need a security-minded professional who is perfectly comfortable architecting an Entra ID conditional access policy one minute and helping a user troubleshoot a laptop issue or install an application the next. Required Skills & Experi ence

Experience: 3+ years in a hands-on IT Support or Systems Administration role, with a strong, demonstrated focus on Information Secu rity.Security Stack Expertise: Deep, practical experience with Microsoft 365 security features (Defender, Purview, Entra ID/Azure AD, Int une).Mindset: A robust customer-service attitude. No task is too small, and you are comfortable shifting from high-level security investigations to basic app installat ions.Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, capable of explaining technical fixes to non-technical users patie ntly.Workspace: A dedicated, highly secure home office setup with high-speed, reliable inte rnet.
