Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Solution Manager to lead and own the organization's commerce technology landscape across retail and e-commerce channels. The role will be responsible for managing Order Management Systems (OMS), platform integrations, fulfillment technologies, and omnichannel commerce solutions to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient business operations.

The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in digital commerce platforms, system integrations, OMS ownership, and retail technology ecosystems, along with the ability to collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Commerce Platform Ownership :

- Own and manage the end-to-end commerce technology ecosystem, including OMS, fulfillment systems, and order lifecycle management platforms.
- Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business growth and omnichannel strategy.
- Ensure platform scalability, performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Order Management &

- Omnichannel Operations :
- Lead Order Management System (OMS) operations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
- Enable seamless order orchestration across online, offline, and marketplace channels.
- Drive improvements in order fulfillment, inventory visibility, customer experience,



and delivery performance.
- Support omnichannel capabilities including click-and-collect, ship-from-store, endless aisle, and unified inventory management.

Integration &

- Technology Management :
- Manage integrations between e-commerce platforms, OMS, ERP, WMS, payment systems, CRM, and third-party applications.
- Oversee middleware and API-based integrations to ensure smooth data flow across systems.
- Drive architecture discussions and solution design for new business initiatives.
- Ensure platform interoperability and technology alignment across the retail ecosystem.

Stakeholder &

- Vendor Management :
- Partner with business leaders, operations teams, supply chain teams, and external vendors to deliver technology solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, and performance reviews.
- Act as the bridge between business and technology teams to prioritize requirements and deliver business value.

Governance &

- Operational Excellence :
- Monitor platform health, system performance, and operational KPIs.
- Lead incident management, issue resolution, and root cause analysis activities.
- Drive governance, security, compliance, and best practices across commerce applications.
- Support technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
