- Experience in electronic delivery of Services(G2C, G2G, G2B)
- Experience in creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business, Budgeting and forecasting, Planning and monitoring,Variance Analysis, Pricing, Reporting, Defining business requirements
- Experience in As-Is study, Gap analysis,defining To-Be processes, Preparation of FRS
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Working closely with the development teams to ensure that solutions are designed with the customer user experience, scale / performance, and operability in mind.
- Understanding of government regulations and policies related to IT and E-Governance.
