- Line Clearance: Inspects equipment, rooms, and lines to confirm they are clean and free of prior materials before starting a new batch or product changeover.

- Floor Monitoring: Watches active manufacturing, granulation, compression, and packaging stages to ensure staff follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- In-Process Checks: Performs physical tests like tablet hardness, weight variation, friability, and pH checks at set intervals.

- Sampling: Collects raw material, in-process, and validation samples safely per approved protocols.

- Deviation Management: Reports, documents, and helps investigate any unplanned process deviations or non-conformances on the floor.

- Record Review: Verifies and audits Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR) for data integrity.

- Environmental Monitoring: Checks room conditions like temperature, humidity, and differential pressure.
