Role Description The Investor Relations Specialist is a contract, on-site role based in Noida. This position is responsible for managing communication with potential investors, preparing investor updates, and supporting fundraising and investment-related activities.

The role involves creating and maintaining investor presentations, reports, and financial communication materials that clearly explain Budgetree’s business performance, growth strategy, and market positioning. The specialist will collaborate with finance and leadership teams to gather data, analyze key metrics,



and ensure consistent messaging across investor touchpoints. Daily tasks include responding to investor queries, organizing investor meetings and calls, tracking investor feedback, monitoring market and industry trends, and contributing to compliance with reporting and disclosure requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Investor Relations skills, including experience managing investor communication, presentations, and reporting.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Investments and Finance, with the ability to interpret financial statements and understand valuation and fundraising concepts.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills, including data analysis, market research, and the ability to derive insights from financial and operational metrics.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to simplify complex information for diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or skilled certifications in finance or investment are an advantage.
- Experience in fintech, enterprise SaaS, or high-growth technology companies, along with familiarity with investor reporting tools and basic financial modeling, will be beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple investor requests and deadlines in a structured manner.
