Role & responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end inventory operations across warehouses.

- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.

- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Excel.

- Conduct periodic physical stock audits and cycle counts.

- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams.

- Track inventory movement, consumption, and ageing.

- Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of inventory.

- Develop and implement inventory control SOPs.

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

- Minimize inventory losses through effective controls.

- Lead and mentor the inventory team to achieve operational excellence.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.

- 7-8 years of experience in Inventory/Warehouse Management.

- Solid knowledge of inventory management principles and stock control.

- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS) and ERP systems.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and team management abilities.
