To design and develop cutting-edge, trend-driven, and commercially viable women’s innerwear collections that align with the company’s brand identity, quality standards, and market demands, while coordinating with sampling, merchandising, and production teams.
Roles &
Responsibilities: 1.Develop sketches (manual and CAD) and detailed tech packs for innerwear products. 2.Ensure designs balance innovation, aesthetics, comfort, and cost-effectiveness. 3.Experiment with new fabrics, lace, elastics, and trims suitable for intimate apparel. 4.Work closely with the sampling team to develop prototypes and fit samples. 5.Conduct fit sessions and make necessary pattern/design adjustments. 6.Collaborate with merchandising, production, and quality teams to ensure timely product development. 7.Support senior NPD designers in day to day activities. 8.Maintain design records, style sheets, and sampling approvals. 9.Track design-to-production timelines and report deviations. 10.Conduct fit check and analyse the pattern for correction and further developments. 11.Should have minimum experience of 0-2years 12.Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Fashion designing or related field.
