Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy in SAP

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts.

- Conduct physical stock audits and annual stock-taking.

- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure timely recording of all inward, outward, transfer, and adjustment transactions.

- Verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Delivery Challans (DC), and dispatch documents.

- Monitor stock ageing, slow-moving, non-moving, and expired inventory.

- Maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory practices where applicable.

- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, production, and dispatch teams.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

- Maintain inventory KPIs and stock reconciliation reports.

- Ensure proper storage locations and stock identification.

- Support internal and external audits.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety requirements, and inventory control procedures.





- Train warehouse staff on inventory control processes when required.

Required Skills

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret inventory data, identify issues, and propose solutions.

- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report inventory status clearly.

- Experience working with ERP or warehouse management systems and basic proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools is beneficial.

- Relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations, and a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.

- Ability to work in office in Khed, pay attention to detail, follow standard operating procedures, and maintain high levels of accuracy in documentation.
