We're hiring energetic, customer-focused individuals with excellent communication skills to join our International Voice Process (UK & US Process) team. Whether you're a fresher or have up to 3 years of experience, this is your opportunity to work with global customers in a fast-paced and rewarding workplace.

Salary

- Freshers: Up to 4.3 LPA (Up to 30,000/month)
- Experienced: Up to 5.5 LPA (Based on experience & interview performance)

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers are welcome.
- UG / Graduation is Mandatory.
- Candidates with 1+ years of experience in Customer Support or International Voice Process.
- Excellent spoken English & Hindi and strong communication skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with good problem-solving ability.




- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in UK & US rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from UK customers professionally.
- Resolve customer queries with empathy and accuracy.
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction.
- Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
- Escalate complex issues when required.
- Meet quality and productivity targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
