Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in planning international travel itineraries.

- Book international flight tickets, hotels, holiday packages, cruises, and transportation.

- Provide information on visa requirements, passport regulations, and travel documentation.

- Advise customers on travel insurance, foreign exchange, and destination guidelines.

- Handle flight changes, cancellations, refunds, and rebookings.

- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.

- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, embassies, and travel partners.

- Ensure bookings comply with airline policies and international travel regulations.

- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and booking systems.

- Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.

Required Skills

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Knowledge of international destinations and airline operations.

- Understanding of visa and passport requirements.





- Familiarity with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre (preferred).

- Ability to manage multiple bookings and meet deadlines.

- Problem-solving and attention to detail.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).

- Experience in travel, tourism, or airline ticketing is an advantage.

- Freshers with solid communication skills and a passion for travel may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
