- Handle international travel-related sales enquiries from customers.
- Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable travel packages and services.
- Handle bookings for hotels, motels, accommodations, and other travel services.
- Coordinate with customers throughout the booking process.
- Provide information regarding destinations, hotels, packages, availability, pricing, and travel-related services.
- Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with hotels, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.
- Resolve customer queries and booking-related concerns professionally.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions,
bookings, and follow-ups.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting business and sales objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Experience in international travel sales / ground sales / travel process will be preferred.
- Knowledge of international destinations, hotels, and travel services is an added advantage.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented workplace.
- Good computer and MS Office skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working as per international business hours.
