Job Title: Customer Support Associate International Voice

Location: Hyderabad

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process

Qualification:

- Graduation is not mandatory
- Candidates who are currently pursuing any degree are not eligible

Salary & Benefits:

- CTC: Up to 4 LPA (Based on previous CTC)
- Shift Allowance: 1,700/month
- Performance Incentives: Up to 2,700/month
- One-way cab facility within a 25 km radius

Shift Timings:

- Night Shifts

Work Schedule:

- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Offs

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism.




- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time
