Position: Intern - Social Media

Duration: 3 months

What you will do:

- Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to inform campaign strategies.

- Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using analytics tools and provide recommendations for optimization.

- Assist in influencer marketing campaigns by identifying creators, coordinating collaborations, and tracking campaign performance.

- Should be creative, confident, and eager to learn, with a passion for marketing and digital trends.

- Initiate and curate marketing strategies and campaigns (online & offline).

- Should be comfortable facing the camera for reels, promotional videos, vox pops, and other social media contents if required.

Ideal candidate should be:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Familiar with social media platforms and content creation.

- Keen to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.





- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

What we are looking for:

- Need to have excellent communication skills to convey ideas.

- Should be able to create engaging content, publish posts, and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.

- Should have basic knowledge of creating content and copywriting including writing social media posts.

- Confident and charismatic on-camera presence with acting or presentation skills

- Should have robust time managementskills to effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure that campaigns are executed on time.

- Should have excellent attention to detail to ensure that campaigns are error-free and that all elements are optimized for maximum performance.

- Should be able to come up with new and creative ideas to engage customers and promote the brand.

- Open to travel for social media shoots and campaigns.
