Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Management Executive to support inventory operations, material handling, stock tracking, and warehouse activities. The ideal candidate should possess basic knowledge of inventory processes, good organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records.

This role provides an excellent prospect to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations and inventory management within a technology-driven manufacturing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Support inventory management and stock tracking activities

Assist in receiving,



checking, and storing incoming materials

Update inventory records and transaction details in ERP systems

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse/store area

Coordinate with internal teams for material movement and stock availability

Assist in stock verification and inventory audits

Ensure proper handling and storage of materials as per company procedures

Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory and warehouse activities

Support dispatch and inward/outward material processes

Other Competencies

Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in record maintenance

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Willingness to learn warehouse and inventory processes

Computer Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Data entry and record maintenance skills

Basic understanding of ERP systems/inventory software preferred

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes

Familiarity with stock maintenance and material handling

Exposure to manufacturing or engineering environments is an added advantage
