About Internship :

We are seeking a process & operations intern to study, document, and improve our garment production processes. The intern will work closely with production, merchandising, quality, and operations teams to understand current workflows, identify gaps, and develop structured process documentation, SOPs, and workflow charts.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Process Research & Analysis

1. Observe and understand end-to-end production processes.
2. Conduct discussions with department heads, masters, and team members.
3. Collect and analyze information related to production workflows.

B. Process Documentation

1. Document existing processes across departments.
2. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
3. Create process flowcharts and workflow diagrams.
4. Maintain process records and documentation.

C. Gap Analysis & Improvement

1. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and process gaps.
2. Recommend improvements for standardization and operational efficiency.
3. Assist in implementing process improvements where applicable.

D. Reporting & Presentation

1. Prepare research reports and findings.

Other requirements

1. Solid analytical and research skills.

6. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business administration, operations management, industrial engineering, production management, or related fields.
7. Interest in process improvement, operations, and documentation.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
