We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Intern to support our HR team in delivering a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new employees. The intern will coordinate onboarding activities, maintain employee records, assist with documentation, and ensure new hires have everything they need for a successful start.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires.
Assist in collecting, verifying, and maintaining employee documentation.
Prepare and share onboarding schedules, welcome emails, and joining instructions.
Coordinate with IT, Admin, Payroll, and Hiring Managers to ensure onboarding readiness.
Maintain employee records and update HR systems with accuracy.
Support background verification and pre-joining formalities.
Track onboarding progress and follow up on pending documentation.
Address basic onboarding-related queries from new employees.
Assist in organizing orientation sessions and induction programs.
Generate onboarding reports and maintain relevant trackers.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing final year) in HR,
Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM (HR) students are also encouraged to apply.
Freshers with a strong interest in Human Resources are welcome.
