At Saamarthya Foundation , we're looking for passionate, creative, and empathetic interns to join Club Ananda —our inclusive recreation and life skills program for children and youth with Autism, Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities, and their neurotypical peers.

This is more than an internship. It's an chance to learn, lead, and make a lasting impact.

✨ As a Club Ananda Intern, you will:

- Plan and facilitate engaging activities for children and teens
- Support inclusive events, workshops, and community programs
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families
- Learn evidence-based strategies from experienced special educators
- Develop leadership, communication, and program management skills
- Contribute ideas that help shape one of India's growing inclusive communities

We're looking for people who are:

✔ Comfortable working with children and adolescents

✔ Pursuing or have recently completed studies in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Social Work, Child Development, or related fields (students from other disciplines with a genuine interest are also encouraged to apply!)
