Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer support for our Educational ERP software.
- Address client queries and issues efficiently via On-Site Visit, phone, email, and chat.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical and non-technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.

Eligibility:

- Qualification: Under Graduate from any stream as a part of Internship/On-job training as per the university curriculum.

- Experience:
- Ability to work independently and handle customer concerns professionally.
- Basic knowledge of IT and AI is essential.

Training & Advantages:

- 3 Months training will be provided by MICM along with AI as a part of Internship/On-job training as per the university curriculum.
