Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Search Engine Optimization Executive based in Jodhpur. The intern will support the optimization of Furnishka’s online presence by conducting keyword research, implementing on-page SEO changes, and assisting with link-building activities. Daily tasks include performing SEO audits, monitoring website performance and rankings, and preparing reports on key metrics.





The role also involves coordinating with content and marketing teams to align SEO strategies, and contributing to social media marketing initiatives that support organic growth. The intern will be expected to learn and apply SEO best practices while collaborating closely with team members in a structured, supportive environment. Qualifications

Ability to perform Keyword Research and basic SEO Audits to identify opportunities for organic growth.

Applied knowledge of On-Page SEO, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.

Understanding of Link Building strategies and off-page SEO techniques.

Familiarity with Social Media Marketing and how it supports SEO and brand visibility.

Comfort using SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword research tools).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.

Clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Coursework or academic background in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field preferred.

Willingness to learn, adapt to new tools and techniques, and take initiative in a quick-paced retail environment.
