Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Intern – BIM & CAD Technician role based in Pune City, with some flexibility for work-from-home as project needs allow. The intern will assist in creating and updating BIM models and CAD drawings for structural and civil engineering projects under the guidance of senior engineers and designers. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, preparing detailed 2D and 3D models, organizing project documentation, and supporting quality checks to ensure adherence to project standards.





The role also involves coordinating with project team members, responding to model and drawing revision requests, and learning company workflows, templates, and best practices. The intern will be encouraged to develop technical and software skills, contribute to process improvement, and gain insight into international AEC project delivery.

Qualifications

Ability to provide basic technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to BIM/CAD workstations and software.

Familiarity with or strong interest in BIM and CAD tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, or similar), with willingness to learn industry standards and workflows.

Pursuing or completed diploma/degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.

Strong attention to detail, ability to follow technical instructions, and commitment to maintaining drawing and model accuracy.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment across in-office and remote settings.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, project-driven workplace.
