Team members work on end-to-end interior projects, from concept development to site completion, gaining exposure to diverse design styles and execution techniques.

Role Description The Interior Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities for interior projects. This role includes coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients, ensuring that work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The supervisor monitors project timelines, manages site schedules, and reports progress, risks, and issues to the design and management team.

Daily tasks involve checking material deliveries, supervising installations, resolving on-site challenges, and maintaining a safe, organized work setting. The role also requires regular documentation of site activities, verification of measurements,



and adherence to budget and compliance requirements. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong site supervision and project coordination skills, including managing contractors, schedules, and daily work execution.

Candidates should possess technical skills in reading and interpreting drawings on AutoCAD, taking accurate measurements, and ensuring quality of finishes and installations.

Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, vendors, design teams, and labor teams.

Candidates should possess organizational and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail, documentation, and the ability to handle on-site issues proactively.

Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

3-8 years of experience in interior site supervision or fit-out projects will be beneficial.

Ability to work full time on-site in South Delhi, with flexibility for extended hours when project demands require.

Ready to join on immediate or 15 days notice period.
