: Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive / Interior Site Engineer with experience in commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site execution, handling billing processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations for interior and finishing works including painting, waterproofing, and related activities Supervise and manage on-site workforce, including painters and contractors Ensure timely execution of projects as per defined quality standards and timelines Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless project delivery Handle site-level billing, BOQ preparation, cost tracking, and documentation Address client concerns promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Develop and implement work schedules, allocate resources,



and monitor progress Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies at project sites Identify and resolve operational challenges effectively Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory) 1–5 years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-out projects Hands-on experience in construction/site billing and BOQ management Strong knowledge of finishing works such as painting, polishing, and waterproofing Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple sites and teams efficiently Must own a two-wheeler for site visits Preferred Skills: Experience working in fast-paced, field-based environments Strong organizational and reporting skills Customer-centric approach with attention to detail
