We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Interior Site Engineer to oversee interior fit-out projects from execution to handover. The candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with vendors and clients, and completing projects within the scheduled timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute interior fit-out works at project sites.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
- Plan and schedule manpower, materials, and resources efficiently.
- Conduct site measurements and verify BOQs.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
- Resolve site-related issues and report project status to management.
- Coordinate material delivery and monitor inventory at the site.
- Inspect completed work and prepare snag lists for rectification.
- Ensure timely project completion and successful handover.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
- Solid knowledge of interior execution, finishing materials, and site coordination.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and understand project specifications.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project documentation.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
